TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Possible cause

The button
does not light
up after the
blender jug has
been placed on
the motor base
and the power
plug has been
plugged in.
– Short circuit. The line voltage
is insufficient, please mind
the statements given on the
type plate.
– Power failure.
– Plug the power plug into a
suitable power outlet and start
the appliance again.
– Wait for the power supply to
be restored.
The appliance
suddenly stops
during a blen-
ding program
and „ERR“ might
light up in the
display.
– Too much food in the blen-
der jug: The motor was over-
loaded and has switched off.
– Excessive use has triggered
the overheat protection of
the motor.
– Too much solid or hard food
has been filled into the blen-
der jug in one go, triggering
the overload protection of
the motor.
– You have touched multiple
buttons at the same time, not
clearly defining the desired
function.
– Take some of the food out of
the blender jug and start the
appliance again.
– Pull the power plug and then
let the motor cool down for
20 minutes. Then, start using
the appliance again.
– Take some of the food out of
the blender jug and start the
appliance again.
– Never touch two or more but-
tons at the same time. Pull the
power plug, reconnect it and
restart the appliance.
