OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Inserting the battery
The remote control unit is fitted with a button cell battery type CR2032 (3 volt). Press the battery firmly
into the remote control unit, making sure that the polarity is correct. If you are not going to use the fan
for a long time, remove the battery from the remote control unit.
Control panel
Thanks to modern touch-screen technology, all the unit’s functions can be accessed by simply touching
the symbols on the display lightly.
On/Speed
ON/SPEED: When the unit is first connected to the mains supply, it will be in Standby mode.
The display will not show anything at all. Touch
to switch the unit on first.
The other buttons/functions will then be displayed.
1. The standard settings after the fan is first switched on are:
a) Speed: Slow
b) Mode: Normal
c) Speed: Off
d) Timer: Off
e) Operating status of the three fan blades: all active
2. If the fan has already been in use, the previous settings will have been saved – with the exception
of the timer and sleep mode functions.
3. Press the
button repeatedly during operation to set the speed.
The speed sequence is: Low
Medium
High
Low, etc.
4. Once the unit has been switched on, the
symbol will stay on until the fan is switched off,
when this light will also go out.
Operating mode
MODE: Touch the
button during normal operation to set the ventilation mode as follows:
Normal
Natural
Sleep
Normal, etc
1. Normal operating mode: The motor turns at the preset speed and the symbols for

2. Natural operating mode: The
symbol lights up and the
display stays off. The
motor alternates between the high – medium – low areas and repeats this sequence automatically.
