26. The coffee grinder should not be switched on:
– until the bean hopper is sitting properly on the appliance and is locked into
position in the grinding chamber,
– until the hopper lid is positioned properly and airtightly on the bean hopper.
ATTENTION:
During operation, do not remove the hopper lid and do not put
fingers, hands or utensils into the bean hopper. Keep hair and clothing away
from the bean hopper.
27. This appliance is suitable for grinding whole coffee beans. Do not put pre ground
coffee in bean hopper. Do not use the grinder for grinding cereals, grains, fruits,
seeds, poppy seeds or nuts etc.
28. Do not operate the grinder for longer than 2 minutes as this might cause over-
heating. Allow the grinder to cool down for 20 minutes after extended use
before using it again.
29. Do not leave the grinder unattended when in use.
30. Do not place any object on the grinder!
31. Keep the appliance and accessories clean. Follow the cleaning instructions pro-
vided in this book.
32. Fully unwind the power cord before plugging in the appliance.
33. Oils or lubricants must not be used with this appliance.
