Network I/O SB V2.1 Installation Notes

Firmware Installation

1. Plug a CAT5e/Cat6 network cable from a switch in the Dante Primary Network to the PC

being used to perform the software installation.

2. Launch

Dante Firmware Update Manager

application, once launched select the network

interface being used to connect to the Dante network and click

next

3. Select the correct firmware file for your unit using the

browse

button in the dialogue box:

For the SB8.8 use

SSL_Stagebox_8In_8Out-2-1-22397.dnt

For the SB i16 use

SSL_Stagebox_16In-2-1-22397.dnt

Leave the

Override Device Matching

option unchecked, then click

next
