When you buy a Solax- lift electric wheelchair and open the packing box, you will see the 
wheelchair, an instruction, a charger, an AC line, a controller manual
As a result of long distance transportation, the power supply of the wheelchair is cut off from the 
factory, so when you pull the Solax- lift electric wheelchair from the packing box, take the seat 
down from the car first, then take the shell up, (Shell and frame is buckled by the front and rear 
four buckles, slightly lift the shell, you can trip the shell, and then gently press down the shell 
you can install it.) And then plug the battery connector (see Figure 12) and then restore the shell 
and seat, insert the yellow controller connector into the plug, then you can read the instructions 
to test your wheelchair.

8.1 Cleaning

   ●Control panel, shroud, etc. are all made by durable ABS plastic with baking finish on the

surface. Do not use oil or other chemical liquids to wipe the scooter. Do not use sharp brushes 
to prevent surface scratches. In order to prevent the electrical components from damage, do not 
wash the scooter from the tap directly. Only clean cloth can be used to directly wipe the 
appearance.

   ●Wheels can not use oil or other organic chemical liquids when you are wiping the scooter. Do 

not rinse directly with water but can wipe with a clean cloth or wipe with a soft brush.

   ●The seats can be wiped with clean rags on the surface or wiped with water at clean rags.

8.2 Maintenance

8.2.1 Basic maintenance for daily use:

   ●  If you want to use it every day, check it yourself before using it. Just check whether there is                              

damage on appearance.

   ●  There will be some electrical failure occasionally, but most of the situation can be solved            

yourself. The main reason is that the battery is not fully charge or saturated or the performance 
has fallen.

8.2.2 Basic maintenance for daily use:

8.2.2.1 Battery Electrode Connection:

   ● Make sure that the electrode of the battery is tightly connected to the electrode on the 

vehicle body and is free from corrosion; (monthly)

   ● The battery must be placed in the battery compartment and the electrodes are tightly 

connected (do not disassemble the battery compartment at will). (Per year)
8.2.2.2 Wire Connector:

   ● Check all exposed wire connections Regularly; (monthly)
   ● Check all exposed wire insulation regularly including charger plugs; (monthly)
   ● Repair or replace the damaged connector and connect the connector. (Per year)

8.2.2.3 The Key Screws or Nuts:

   ●Periodically check all exposed screws or nuts for loosening. (per month)

8.2.2.4 Solax Electric Wheelchair Bearings and Motors / Transmissions:

   ●The component has been filled with lubricating oil, closed use, no need to inject oil; (annual)
   ●Avoid all electrical components damp. Such as control panel, charger, electrical controller  

and other components.

   ●If some components are damp, they must be dried before they can be used.
