The following points are several ways to reach the maximum stroke.

It must be fully charged before use.

Choose the route to avoid hills, ditches, ridges, gravel and soft ground as far as
possible.

Bring only necessities and reduce the weight of luggage.

Maintain a uniform driving speed.

Avoid walking intermittently.
What type and specification of battery are used?

We recommend lithium batteries. And the scooter has been used when it leaves
the factory.
Do not remove the top cover of the lithium battery. Do not add water. Removing the
lithium battery will void the responsibility authority, and may cause damage to the
lithium battery and the scooter.
Why does the new battery feel weak?

Deep cycle battery adopts unique chemical technology and unique design. It can
be used for a long time after charging, and can be charged quickly. The new battery
is fully charged before leaving the factory. During transportation, the initial
performance of the battery may be changed due to the change of temperature. High
temperature will reduce the amount of charge, low temperature will make the
charging time longer. It takes a few days for the battery to adapt to the surrounding
environment, and the battery performance is stable.

More importantly, deep cycle batteries need several cycles of charge / discharge
to achieve ultra-high performance.
Follow these steps to improve battery performance:

The new battery must be fully charged before use, and its charging capacity can
reach 88% of its capacity.

Please drive in a safe and familiar area. It is advisable to drive slowly for the first
time, and do not drive too far until you are familiar with the operation of the scooter
and the battery is completely discharged.

When the battery is fully charged for the second time, its charging capacity will
reach 90% of its capacity.

After 4-5 times of charging and discharging, the charging and discharging function
of the battery enters the normal state. At this time, the battery capacity can reach
100% and the discharge time can be prolonged.
How to extend battery life?

Please remove the battery when not using the scooter; charge the battery if it has
not been used for more than 3 weeks.

The service performance of the battery will be affected by irregular charging and
unsaturation, and the service life of the battery will be shortened.
