6.7 Cleaning
Only clean the device after disconnecting it from power source. Only use
a soft, damp and non-fuzzing cloth for cleaning. Do not use thinner or
other chemical solvents.
6.8 Power supply
The device must only be connected to an external power supply which is
specified in the references on the device.
All devices with external power supply must be grounded properly.
The device is de-energized if the power cord is disconnected from the
device.
AC powered devices must only be connected to power cords with
protective earth conductor.
Supply cables for devices with 24 VDC power supply must not exceed the
length of 30 meters.
6.9 Repair
Device casings must only be opened by SOHARD. This also applies to
the interface modules and the corresponding slots in the casing.
The device must only be repaired by SOHARD.
The device must be sent for inspection or repair to SOHARD if
a) the power supply connector is damaged, or
b) objects or liquids have leaked into or unto the device, or
c) the device was exposed to rain, or
d) the casing or is damaged, or
e) the device is not working according to specifications.
6.10 Re-configuration of interface modules
The interface modules of the device must only be re-configured by
SOHARD.
