AGND is the bracket potential. GND_RS is the ground of the galvanically
decoupled RS485 circuit.

The resulting terminating resistor is approx. 115 ohm.

9.3  RS485AC Interface

Important: To maintain the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) the
shield of the cable connected to the RJ45 plug must be solidly attached to
the shield of the connector.
