• If PIN1 is incorrectly entered three times consecutively, the current
PIN1 becomes invalid.
If PIN1 or PIN2 is entered incorrectly three times consecutively, the
current PIN1 or PIN2 becomes invalid. This is called PIN lock. To cancel
PIN lock, enter a PUK code.
To obtain PUK1 or PUK2 code to cancel PIN1 or PIN2 lock, contact
Customer Service (

p.19-43). Then use the following procedures to
cancel PIN lock:

Enter PUK1 or PUK2 code on the PUK code entry
window

Enter a new PIN1 or PIN2 code
C
Enter the new PIN1 or PIN2 code again
