This warranty does

include:

Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the
product was not intended

Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
•
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation
•
Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
•
Normal wear and tear
•
Damages incurred during transportation
•
Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
•
Any used, previously displayed items (such as a demo item)
SoCo Swings and all agents and representatives thereof cannot assume responsibility for special,
indirect, or consequential damages or contingent liability for use of the loveseat in a manner not
expressly intended by the manufacturer. The loveseat is NOT a swing. We highly recommend
using only a gentle to and fro motion. Swinging or spinning could loosen the eye bolts from the
ceiling joist and compromise the sturdiness. The end consumer is ultimately responsible for
verifying proper installation of the loveseat and the eye bolts according to the guidelines
explained in this installation guide. We strongly recommend not exceeding our maximum weight
limit of 550 pounds.
