Warranty
Your loveseat will last longer depending on its use, where it is installed, and the care it is given.
It will last longer if you keep it dry by either covering it (yes, we sell those!) or storing it indoors
when not in use. We recommend using a fabric protector such as Scotchgard on the pad and
ropes to resist stains. To wash, scrub gently with a soft brush and a mixture of water and a mild
laundry detergent. You can spot-treat stains using Resolve, Shout, or other laundry stain
removers on the fabric parts of the lounger.
Warning: Not suitable for washing machines,
tumble dryers, or chemical bleaches.
The loveseat is NOT a swing. We highly recommend using only a gentle to and fro
motion. Swinging or spinning could loosen the eye bolts from the ceiling joist and
compromise the sturdiness.
Check the eye bolts from time to time to make sure they’re holding fast.
Visually inspect the ropes, loveseat hardware, and attachment hardware
periodically.
We highly recommend hanging the loveseat no more than 18” above the ground.
Sit on the loveseat gently as it will stretch at first. You can always take up the slack
later.
We recommend not exceeding a maximum weight limit of 550 pounds.
Enhance your relaxation with optional springs.
Your loveseat is guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of purchase to be free from defects
in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions. SoCo Swings
agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to furnish a product of equal value in exchange
without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance
which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of
the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on
original dated sales receipt.
