SOBA-Drink
1 citron
1 grapefruit
1 dl water
3 tablespoon peppermint sirup
2-3 ice cubes
Place juice of citon and grapefruit,
water, peppermint sirup and ice
cubes into jug. Process for 30-40
seconds. Pour into glasses and serve
immediately.
Power Shake
1/2 cups low fat milk
1/2 cup low fat vanila yoghurt
2 tablespoons skim milk powder
2 tablespoon unprocess bran
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
2 fresh or canned plums in natural juices,
peeled,halved and seeded
1/4 cup crushed ice

Chocolate Mud Smoothie
1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup strong black coffee, chilled
2 tablespoon chocolate topping
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup King Island ceream
1 Flake chocolate bar, crumbled

seconds or until smooth, thick and

dollop of cream. Sprinkle with crumbled

3/4 cup low fat milk
3 tablespoons low fat strawberry yoghurt
3 tablespoons orange juice
6 strawberries, hulled and halved

strawberries into jug. Process for 30-
40 seconds or until smooth. Thick and
creamy. Pour into glasses and serve
immediately.
