Move the lever (4) all the way down and make
sure that the forward gear is turned on by
rotating the CVT driven pulley.

Loosen the bolts (5) and slide the bracket (6)
down to create substantial spring tension.
Tighten the bolts (5).

Tighten the cable and the fixing nut (3).

Create the necessary tension with adjusting
screw (2) and tighten the lock nun (1).
36 Move the reverse switch into “go back”
position and make sure that the reverse gear
is turned on by rotating the CVT driven pulley.

Install the chain guard on the engine bracket
and tighten the two M6 screws.
38 Put the cover on the headlight bracket.
