How to remove the fuel canister
With the fuel canister is standing position, turn it clockwise to detatch the fuel canister. Be sure to attach and store
a cap on the removed fuel canister.
If the gas can not be ignited for more than 2 seconds, stop using the
igniter and ventilate until the gas odor disappears. If ignition is not
successful, ignite with a long tip lighter as shown on the picture on
the right.

1.Igniting the stove
Turn the flame control valve knob slowly in the counter-clockwise direction (left rotation) as
seen from the front, and after a small amount of gas is ejected, press the igniter several
times. If you can not ignite it, please close the flame control valve knob and try again.
Warning
Warning
When igniting, make sure there are no flammable materials around. Also, do
not place your hand or body near the top of the burner or look into the burn-
er. There is a risk that a large flame will burn and cause burns.
The igniter may not be able to ignite due to weather or elevation. Be sure to
prepare a lighter with a long tip as a backup.

2.Flame adjustment
When the flame control valve knob is turned in the counter-clockwise direction (left turn), the
heating power becomes large, and when it is turned clockwise, it becomes smaller.
Please turn the flame control valve knob slowly.
3.How to extinguish
Turn the flame control valve knob slowly in the clockwise direction (right turn) until
the flame goes out. Ensure the flame is completely extinguished.

How to store the stove
In the reverse procedure of "Assembly method", remove the top plate, the burner body and the legs from the top pla-
te and stack them as shown in the figure below.

Secure the stacked parts using the binding band and place in the carrying case.
Warning
The product becomes very hot after use. Make sure it has completely cooled down before storing it.

er service. We will repair or replace the product free of charge if the product was defective. In other cases,
we will repair at an appropriate fee. The decision of repair and replacement is at our discretion.
In addition, please note that repair may not be possible in the following cases.

Product life due to wear and tear by user.
3.
Damage by altering or careless handling.

Any damage except with product defect

<Burner body>
・Do not wash the burner body with water.
If dirt or salt adheres, wipe it off with a wet cloth.
・
After wiping off dirt, wipe off the water with a dry
cloth and dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated shady
place.
<Topplate, Pot Supporter & Legs>
・
wash them with a soft sponge with a washing
up liquid.
・
After washing them wipe off the water with a
dry cloth and leave them in a well-ventilated
shady place to dry throghly.

- Improper mounting of fuel canister.

- The fuel canister joint O-ring is damaged.
- Gas is leaking from other than fuel canister
connection parts.
- Make sure the fuel canister is attched correctly
as instructed in this manual.
- Stop using the stove immediately.
- Clogged burner head.
- Clean the burner head and remove the clogging.

Low fuel level in fuel canister.
- Fuel canister goes cold.
- Replace the fuel canister.

Flame controle valve is not closed completely.
- Turn the flame control valve off completely.

Red flame appears around auto igniter.
- Water or food boiled over is remaining on
burner head.
- Red flame only appears around hot plate.
- The red flame around auto igniter is a flame reaction by
material of auto igniter.
- Clean the burner head to remove the clogging.
- The red flame around hot plate is a flame reaction by
material of hot plate.

Low fuel level in fuel canister.
- Clogged burner head.
- Fuel canister is not attached properly.
- Replace the fuel canister.
- Clean the burner head and remove the clogging.
- Read ‘Operation’ section in this manual and attach
the fuel canister properly.
- Discolorations is caused by combustion and this is not
a malfunction.
When these solution do not work.... Stop using the product immediately and contact the dealer you purchased the product, or contact
Snow Peak Customer Service.
