1.Place the massager to a chair or other support.

2. Connect the adapter cable to the cable on the cushion.

3. Plug the home adapter into an outlet 

4. a) Press the power bu�on to turn on the massager and ac�vate

         shiatsu with Heat, Shiatsu rota�on direac�ons be automa�cally 

         shi�ed per minute for a thorogh massage.

     
    

      

b) Press the bu�on again to turn off the heat, then shiatsu works

          without heat.

     c) Press and hold on 3 seconds to turn off the massager.

    Note: It can not be only heat without shiatsu.

5. You may choose a so�er or more intense massage by pu�ng down 

    or opening the flap.
