and for your own safety, please read these instructions prior to using this device 
for the first time. In addition, please store this guide for future reference.

INTRODUCTION

The Foot Therapy Pad uses EMS technology that has been specifically designed 
for sports medicine. By mimicking bioelectricity, this device directly stimulates 
the nerves and muscle groups in your feet, causing them to expand and contract. 
It is ideal for relieving muscle pain and tension.

Tip:

 

Each mode has a different color indicator. The indicator will flash when the
