login your user to login to SMSEagle
pass your password to login to SMSEagle
to phone numer to call
duration connection duration (in seconds)
modem_no (optional parameter) calling modem number (only for multimodem devices)
responsetype (optional parameter) text = format response as text (default), xml = format
response as XML object
