Care & Cleaning  

Occasional light vacuuming with a soft bristle attachment or gentle feather dusting is all 
that is required to keep your shades looking fresh and neat .

PROBLEM

SOLUTION

The shade is not responding or runs slowly

Battery is low and needs charged. Recharge 

with compatible AC adapter.

Poor connections. Double check power 

and cable connections.

Battery in remote needs replaced.  

Confirm correct channel is selected on 

remote.

Radio or signal interference. Check 

antenna on motor is intact and exposed. 

Check for possible source of radio 

interference.

Device is out of range. Try operating within 

closer range

The shade stops before top or bottom of
