11 MALFUNCTIONS SHOWN ON THE DISPLAY (FOR THE USER)
The dishwasher can show a series of malfunctions on display.
After the machine has been switched off and restarted, if the problem is not solved, follow the steps below:

Err04 Tank temperature probe anomaly Contact After-sales Service
Err05
Tank water filling anomaly
Check that the water supply tap is open, the dynamic supply
pressure, cleanliness of the inlet water filter. If the problem
still occurs, contact After-sales Service.
Err06
Water pump-out anomaly
(water remains in the dishwasher)
Check that the filters are clean, and that the drain pipe is not
bent, obstructed, narrowed.
Check that the drain pump is not blocked with a foreign body,
follow steps indicated in “10.2 Periodical checks”.
If the problem still occurs, contact After-sales Service.
Err09 Excessive water level in the tank anomaly Contact After-sales Service
Err23 Boiler heating anomaly (does not heat) Contact After-sales Service

Err25 Boiler water filling anomaly
Check that the water supply tap is open, the dynamic supply
pressure, cleanliness of the inlet water filter. If the problem
still occurs, contact After-sales Service.
Err26 Boiler emptying anomaly
Check that the nozzles of the rinsing spray arms are not
clogged.
If the problem still occurs, contact After-sales Service.
