Trouble causes and remedies

Drainage is discharged
from the downstram
side piping.

Mount

a

duct,

perform

ventilatron

and/or cleaning, change the installing
location, etc.

Compressed air is
not cooleed.

Difficult conditions for inlet air
Temperature too high, too
much flow rate, pressure too
low, etc.

Review the specifications again.

As the air flow rate is too
large, the condensed water
cannot be isolated.

Cooling fan dons not
rotate.

See the item shown above.

Review the specifications
again.

Ventilation port of the
equipment is clogged.

-Discharge drainage periodically.
-Use an auto drain.

Drinage cannot be dischared
by the drainage releasing
valve and it is accumulated
in the equipment.

Ambient temperature
is too high.

Mount a ventilation fan to
decrease the room temperature.

Auto drain is broken.(For the
product with auto drain.)

-Clean the auto drain.
-Replace the auto drain.

Compressed air is
not cooled.

Cooling fan dons not
rotate.

Clogged cooler

Clean the cooler.

Cooling fan rotates
backwards.

Change the wiring method.

Switch contact part
is worn out.

Switch is OFF.

Replace the switch.

Loseness or coming
off of the terminals.

Tighten the terminals
firmly.

Turn the switch ON.

Broken wire in the
electrical circuit.

Repair the broken wire.

Cooling fan dons
not rotate.

Failure or end of life
of the fan motor.

Replace the fan motor.
