b)
Any unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification or alteration.
c)
Defects and damage resulting from use other than normal and
customary use.
d)
Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident, regardless of the cause.
e)
Defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation,
maintenance, installation or modification.
f)
Defects or damage caused by spills of food or liquids, corrosion,
rust or the use of an incorrect voltage.
g)
Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally
exposed parts resulting from normal customer use.
6.
This warranty is void in any of the following cases:
a)
If the serial number on the watch box has been removed, altered or
made illegible in any way.
b)
Attempts to open up the watch and/or replace the built-in SIM card
or battery.
c)
Damages caused by exposure to water or submersion into
water (unless exposure/submersion was part of normal use, i.e.
showering or bathing in still water while wearing the watch).
d)
Without any proof of purchase.
7.
Except as expressly warranted above, Smartwatcher makes no other
warranties, express or implied, by law or otherwise, with respect
to the product, its fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. To
the extent permitted by local law, Smartwatcher shall not be liable
for any loss of use of the Product, inconvenience, loss or other
consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the
Product or the breach of any express or implied warranty.
