Menu Structure
Startup and Shutdown
Correct startup and shutdown procedures are critical to expand the life of the recorder.
To start your recorder:
1.
Check the power supply is plugged into an electrical outlet. It is HIGHLY recommended that an Uninterruptible Power Supply
(UPS) is used. The Power indicator LED on the front panel should be red, indicating the device is connected to the power
supply.
2.
Turn on the power switch (rear panel) to start the recorder.
To shut down the recorder:
1.
Enter the Shutdown menu.
Menu > Shutdown
2.
Select the
Shutdown
button.
3.
Click the
Yes
button.
