2 Safety Instructions
2.1 Intended Use
As an external DC fuse, the BatFuse protects the battery connections of the Sunny Island inverter.
Additionally, the BatFuse enables the DC-side disconnection of the Sunny Island.
The BatFuse is available in different specifications in order to cover the different features of
Sunny Island products with appropriate fuse plugs. BatFuse B.01 and BatFuse B.03 possess an
8 A secured battery tap that can be used, for example, to supply DC-fed consumers. You can also
connect multiple devices in parallel.
