Danger! Risk of serious injury and death
The hydraulic circuit is under
high pressure.
Fluids may penetrate the skin or eyes and cause serious injury or even death if not
treated immediately by a medical professional.
To insure safe diagnostic of hydraulic issues please ensure all precautions below are
taken.
• Relieve pressure before disconnecting hydraulic or other lines. Tighten all
connections before applying pressure
• Make sure you take note of the identification marks on the hydraulic
connections linking the tractor with the machine, to avoid connection errors
later.
• Check Hoses and other hydraulic components at regular intervals
• Search for leaks with a piece of timber or cardboard (Fig 5.1).
• Ensure that the oil jet will not be directed towards the body
• Replace any damaged hoses and components immediately
• Replace all hoses 6 years after the date of manufacture at the latest.
