squat switch, the standby screen (figure

In standby, the

minutes for critical sensors such
as the barometric altimeter to warm up and come on line before
it displays a failed screen due to the lack of the sensor input;
however, if you switch into operating mode, the
SKY497
only waits

seconds for the sensor inputs before it displays the failed screen.

. For installations with
an
ARINC 429
barometric
altitude input, turning on
the
SKY497
during flight
causes a temporary

system is syncing up to
