Insert a strap with D-rings

through the small belt sewn on the top edge
of the net. Wrap the end of the strap under and around the foam covered
tube and up through the two D-rings. Thread the end of the strap back
down through the lower D-ring on the strap. Pull the loose end of the strap
to remove any slack,
but do not fully tighten the strap yet
. Continue to attach
the net to the other top tubes in this same manner.
