3. Operation

3.1 Starting

Before to use the equipment all the parts to be in contact with the product shall be 

washed with water and neutral soap ( see item 3.3 Cleaning )

Make sure the equipment is stable on the  working surface 

IMPORTANT

When it is desired to remove or to place the cup  # 02 (Pic,01) make sure  the motor 

is completely still , avoiding a premature wear of the coupling.

The blender is started by means of the ON/OFF Switch # 07 (Pic.01) placed on 

the housing # 05 (Pic.01).

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

3.2 Operation Procedures

The blenders  works at high speed ( about 3500 rpm). To load them follow the below 
procedure :

Remove the Lid # 01 (Pic.01) 
With the Blender switched OFF introduce the product inside the Cup # 02 (Pic.01)  
Replace the Lid # 01 (Pic.01) .

         IMPORTANT

The processing time changes for each product . Solid products should not be 

processed without a liquid , because overheating may occur and therefore damage 

the Cup seal

 IMPORTANT

Do never switch ON the blender empty, because irreparable damage will occur . 

IMPORTANT

Never clean the machine when it is connected to the power point, 

always unplug the machine before cleaning. Before to remove the 

Cup make sure the motor is completely still. When cleaning the Cup 

inside be careful with the knife
