1. Safety Indications
1.9 Disclaimer of liability
The manufacturer shall not be held re-
sponsible for damages:
o caused by non-observing these instruc-
tions
o caused by using lubricants/ material not
admitted for the type of unit
o caused by contaminated or unsuitable
lubricants
o caused by the installation of non-origi-
nal Lincoln components or Lincoln parts
o caused by inappropriate usage
o resulting from improper assembly, confi-
guration, or filling
o resulting from improper response to
malfunctions.
o as a result of non-compliance with
maintenance intervals
o caused by unauthorized modification of
system components
1.10 Referenced documents
In addition to these instructions, the follo-
wing documents must be observed by the
respective target group:
o Operational instructions and approval
rules
o Instructions from suppliers of purchased
parts
o Safety data sheet (MSDS) of the lubri-
cant/material used
o Project planning documents and other
relevant documents.
The operator must supplement these docu-
ments with applicable national regulations
for the country of use.
