9. Trouble shooting
Problem Cause/Action
Display is blank Check power connections
The lubricator does not respond
when buttons are pressed Make sure all screws and connectors are
tight. Check that cables are powered
Grease leaks into the cartridge
cover over the follower plate The plastic piston was removed when
the cartridge was installed. Install a new
plastic piston
Grease is not dispensed in one of the
tubes after the lubricator is illed Remove the tube and check for blockage
using agrease gun. Carefully reinstall
the tube into the lubricator. Use a new
compression itting
Leakage at the lubricator connections The tube is not correctly inserted into
the lubricator. Check that the lubrication
tube nut and the compression ittings are
not damaged. The tubes may have been
damaged during installation. Remove the
damaged part and reinstall carefully.
If you must reinstall the lubrication tube,
use a new compression itting
When the lubricator is connected
to 24 Volt DC, POLO or POHI is displayed POLO indicates that the supply voltage
is less than 19 Volts. POHI indicates that
the supply voltage is more than 28 Volts.
Check and correct the supply voltage
