TRANSPORT ET STOCKAGE
Pour déplacer l‘appareil, faites glisser le siège vers l‘avant et soulevez le pied arrière jusqu‘à ce que les roulettes
de transport à l‘avant touchent le sol. Vous pouvez ainsi facilement faire rouler l‘appareil d‘un endroit à l‘autre.
ATTENTION :
Les pièces mobiles, comme le siège, peuvent provoquer des blessures en se déplaçant.
Ne touchez pas le rail de roulement lorsque vous déplacez l‘appareil ou que vous vous entraînez dessus !
L‘appareil ne doit être stocké que dans un environnement propre, sec et tempéré. Retirez les piles si vous
n‘utilisez pas l‘appareil pendant 1 mois ou plus.
STAND DE NIVEAU
L‘appareil doit toujours être de niveau.
Vous pouvez régler l‘appareil à l‘aide de la
molette située sur le pied arrière de manière
à ce qu‘il soit bien à plat.

PEDAL ADJUSTMENT

MOVING THE MACHINE

To adjust the pedal strap, remove the
Velcro from pedal strap and pull it up
to the left/right side.

Once removed, you can you can
adjust the tightness of the pedal
strap.

To tighten, pull the Velcro end of the
pedal strap upward then to the
left/right and down to secure it to the
mesh side of the strap.
To move the machine, lift up the rear support tube
until the transportation wheels on the front stand touch
the ground. With the wheels on the ground, you can
transport the rower to desired location with ease.

ADJUSTING THE BALANCE
Adjust the Rear support tube of the machine if the machine is unbalanced during use.
