COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS

Body fat (P11)

Select “BODY FAT” program with 

UP

 or 

DOWN

 keys and press 

ENTER

 to confirm. This mode will process a 

body-fat measurement. Adjust the following values with the 

UP/DOWN

 and 

ENTER

1. Gender (Male / Female)

2. Height in cm

3. Weight in kg

4. Age

Grasp both hand pulse sensors and press 

START/STOP

 to start the measurement. After approximately 10 

seconds, the display will show your body fat percentage, the BMR (Basal Metabolism Ratio), BMI (Body Mass 
Index) and your body type. 

The body types are divided depending on the body fat percentage as follows:

MEN 

    WOMEN    

Type 1: 7% - 9.9% 

 

 

Type 1: 14% - 16.9% 

Type 2: 10% - 12.9% 

 

 

Type 2: 17% - 19.9% 

Type 3: 13% - 16.9% 

 

 

Type 3: 20% - 23.9% 

Type 4: 17% - 19.9% 

 

 

Type 4: 24% - 27.9% 

Type 5: 20% - 24.9% 

 

 

Type 5: 28% - 29.9% 

Type 6: ≥ 25%    

 

 

Type 6: ≥ 30%

Average body fat percentage women (depending on age): 
20 to 39 years – 28 % 
40 to 59 years – 35 % 
60 and older – 35 %

Average body fat percentage men (depending on age): 
20 to 39 years – 17 % 
40 to 59 years – 22 % 
60 and older – 24 %

Press

 START/STOP

 to return to main display.

Target heart rate program (P12)

Select “Target H.R.” with 

UP

 or 

DOWN

 keys and press 

ENTER

 to confirm.

In this program the computer will automatically adjust the resistance depending on the measured heart rate. If 
your pulse is above or below the set target, the computer will adjust the resistance accordingly every 20 seconds.
You also may preset other values like described in the modes before as well.

Heart rate control programs (P13-P15)

There are 3 options to choose from: 
P13- 60%   TARGET H.R= 60% of (220-AGE)  
P14- 75%    TARGET H.R= 75% of (220-AGE) 
P15- 85%    TARGET H.R= 85% of (220-AGE) 

Programs 13 to 15 work similarly to P12, but the target heart rate is calculated automatically depending on your 
age.

User programs (P16-P19)

The programs P16 to P19 are user definable programs for 4 different users (P16=U1; P17=U2; P18=U3; P19=U4). 
The programs allow to set and store individual profiles. Select user (U1 to U4) with 

UP/DOWN

 and confirm with 

ENTER

.  You may then preset other values like described in the modes before (e.g. time, distance etc.)

After that, you can preset each segment load in the profile (totally 10 segments) with the 

UP

 and 

DOWN

 (

ENTER

 

for confirmation). The profile will be stored with the corresponding user- ID (U1....U4) and may be recalled later 
for another workout. After you have finished your input, press 

START/STOP

 to begin the exercise.
