1. For non-failure

If you call in for service in case there is no problem with the device, service fee
will be charged.
Thus, please read the instructions carefully.
2. If the failure is due to the negligence of consumer
- Due to user’s carelessness (drop, immersion, shock, damage, unreasonable be-
havior, etc.)
- If someone other than our service personnel tried to repair the unit and problem
occurred
- Failure due to the use of non-genuine parts or accessories
- Malfunctions caused by the user’s intentional or negligence
3. In other cases
- Failure caused by natural disaster (fire, flood etc.)
- If the sensor performance deteriorates after long-term use (after the warranty
period).
