The middle scale is used to check the coolant,
where the amount of G12 / G11: ethylene glycol
(right side of the scale, usually used as an
antifreeze component in Europe) or G13:
propylene glycol (left side of the stage, usually
used as an antifreeze component outside

calibrated for water / IPA (isopropanol) based
liquids. The left part is calibrated for water /
alcohol based liquids
The AdBlue scale is above the washer fluid
control. It is used to determine the% proportion
of urea in the solution, which is used as an
additive in diesel engines. The exact composition
of the additive (32.5% urea, 67.5% water) allows
the crystallization point to be determined at 11 °
C.
