3 Commissioning
3.1 Installation
Customer terminal

Completed installation
– Position the device at its intended location
– Connect the device.
Always plug in the power supply last!
– Cable:

Only the original cables delivered with the
product should be used.
– ISDN: black cable with an RJ45 plug on
both ends.
– PSTN: Analog telephone cable with meter
pulse filter (TT83 jack)
– Electric cable: black two-pole plug.

Always attach power cable to POS terminal.
The terminal starts up and reports with an
acoustic signal when it is ready to operate. The
terminal can then be initialized in accordance
with the separate configuration sheet.
