檢查馬達動力線插頭配線是否接觸不良。

3. 

是否有異物纏繞機頭、其他機械結構干涉異常、或紡織物是否過
厚。

4. 

確認切刀是否磨耗需更換。

5. 

排除後重新送電,若仍無法正常運轉,請通知廠商。

選針盒通訊介面異常

1. 

關閉電源。

2. 

檢查選針盒連接線是否脫落、鬆動、破損、插入方向錯誤。

3. 

排除後重新送電,若仍無法正常運轉,請通知廠商。

緊急停止

1. 

關閉電源。

2. 

檢查啟動鍵連接線是否脫落、鬆動、破損、插入方向錯誤。

3. 

排除後重新送電,若仍無法正常運轉,請通知廠商。

控制器過熱保護

關閉電源,
