Ceiling mounting with a straight tube
Ceiling Mount: straight tube + indoor tube a
waterproof boot
The straight tube is available in lengths of 25 cm and 50 cm.
Note: For the 50 cm straight tube, the 1.3 m cable harness (part CC13) is required.
Items needed
● Dome camera
● Straight tube and other equipped items (optional accessory)
● Screws and screw anchors for fixing the straight tube onto the ceiling (not supplied)
● Indoor tube adaptor for the MSD620 (optional accessory)
● Waterproof boot (supplied with the indoor tube adaptor)
Tools needed
● Drill
● Screwdriver
To mount the dome with the straight tube

Ensure that the ceiling can support the weight of the dome camera and straight tube.

Make a cable entry hole on the ceiling. Otherwise, cables can be threaded through the
cable entry hole on the tube.

Attach the waterproof boot to the straight tube.

Fix the straight tube to the ceiling with proper screws and screw anchors (not supplied).

Thread the cables through the straight tube and the indoor tube adaptor.
Note: After threading the cables, block the cable entry hole with the supplied
sponge(s) to prevent insects from entering the tube.

Fix the indoor tube adapter to the straight tube with the supplied screws and washers.

Attach the lock screw plate to the dome body with the supplied screw (accessory in the
indoor tube adapter package).
