IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
For safety purposes you should read these instructions carefully
before using the appliance for the
fi rst time. Save these instruc-
tions for future reference.
The appliance is designed for domestic use and internal use only
and may only be operated in accordance with these instructions
of use.
The appliance generates high temperature steam. Always handle
with caution and warn other users of potential danger.
DO’S
1. Check that the mains voltage stated on the rating plate cor-
responds to the local electricity supply.
2. Unwind and straighten the supply cord before use.
3. Place and use the appliance on a
fl at and steady surface.
4. Avoid the supply cord touch the soleplate.
5. The plug of the supply cord must be removed from the socket-
outlet before the water reservoir is fi lled with water.
6. Never pull off the cable to disconnect it from the socket. In-
stead, unplug by pulling the plug from the socket.
7. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or intellectual abili-
ties or lack of experience and knowledge unless supervised
or instructed to use the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
8. Empty the water tank after use.

1. Do not allow children touch the appliance when ironing.
