FILLING WITH WATER
• Ensure the iron is disconnected from the power supply.
• Set the steam knob to the minimum position.
• Pull down the water

– Stand the iron upright.
– Set temperature dial to ironing temperature.
– Insert the mains plug into the main supply.
– After the indicator light has gone out and come again, you may start ironing.
The indicator light will go out from time to time during ironing.
STEAM-IRONING
This function can be used only at higher ironing temperature.

– Fill water into the iron as described above.
– Stand the iron upright.
– Connect the iron to a suitable mains supply outlet

The pilot light turns off when the required temperature is reached. The iron
is ready for use.

Turn the steam control knob to the required position, steam starts coming
out from the holes in the sole plate.
Note:
With conventional steam irons, water may leak from the soleplate if a
too low temperature has been select. If this happens, turn the temperature
control dial to the advised position. Steam will recommence as soon as the
appropriate temperature has been reached.
