READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING.

Save these instructions in a safe place for future reference.

1.  Use appliance only for its intended use.
2.  To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the iron in water

or other liquids. Never immerse the iron, cable or plug in any liquid.

3.  This appliance should always be turned to “OFF” before plugging or unplug-

ging from an outlet. Never yank the cord to disconnect from outlet, always

grasp plug and pull to disconnect.

4.  Always disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet when filling with

water or emptying or when not in use. Do not fill the reservoir with water

before removing the plug from the socket.

5.  Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces. Let the iron cool completely before

storing. Loop cord loosely around iron when storing.

6.  Do NOT operate appliance with a damaged cord, or if the appliance has

been dropped or damaged. If electrical cord is damaged it must be replaced

by the manufacturer or authorized service agent to avoid a safety hazard.

7.  To avoid the risk of electrical shock, do NOT disassemble the iron. Ship to

the nearest authorized SINGER

shock or injury when the appliance is used.

appliance being used near children. Unsupervised use can result in fire or

personal injury. Do not leave appliance unattended while plugged in, on an

plugged in. Disconnect the plug from the socket when the appliance is not

being used.

9.  Burns can occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water or steam. Use

touching fabrics or very inflammable surfaces.

11. When iron is hot, never set on an unprotected surface.
