• When creaming fat and sugar for cake mixes, always use the fat at
room temperature or soften it
fi
rst.
• For best results with small amounts, use the hand mixer without the
base.
• Large quantities and thicker blends may require longer mixing time.
• If you want to mix larger or heavier mixtures, use the hand mixer
without the base using a larger bowl.
CARE AND CLEANING
IMPORTANT:
Make sure the Speed controller is at "0" before attaching or
removing the beaters or the dough hooks.
1. Unplug the cord from the power supply outlet.
2. Release the beaters or the dough hooks from the appliance.
3. Always remove the beaters or the dough hooks from the appliance before
cleaning.
Dough hooks, beaters, lid & bowl:
Wash in dishwasher or by hand in warm,
soapy water. Rinse and wipe dry.
Hand mixer body & base:
Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
NOTE:
To avoid damage to the appliance, do not immerse in water
