Using the Timer AC

The TIMER AC timer is used to control one Simu wired motor (I<3 A-240V) automatically and manually.

The time can be adjusted in any operating mode. 

Press and hold the ■ button for more than 7 seconds until the time blinks.

The programmes can be adjusted in automatic and manual mode.

Press and hold the ■ button for 3 seconds until the programme time blinks.You can cancel an open or closure 

command by setting the programme time to «OFF», between 23:59 and 00:00.

NB: This will take you to the settings for the last automatic operating mode in which you were located:  daily 

or weekly.

FACTORY SETTINGS:  Change between summer time and winter time: Europe Zone

 

                       Daily programme: Raise at 07:30 / Lower at 20:00

These instructions are intended for home motorisation and automation professionals. This product must be installed by a professional. The installer must also com

-

ply with the standards and laws applicable in the installation country, and must notify customers of the usage conditions. No tension must be applied to the terminal 

blocks following installation.

If a raise command causes the shutter to lower, reverse wires 2 and 3 on the 

motor.

- All connections must comply with standard C.E.I.364

 3.1 Switching modes:   manual/automatic

 5.1 Daily programme (the same time each day)

 5.2 Weekly programme (different times may be programmed for each day)

- The new time is stored after 5 seconds. The current time will replace the previous programme time and will blink for 2 seconds

 3.2 Switching programmes: daily/weekly

(in automatic mode only)

To store a raise time, press and hold 

the ▲ button at the desired time for 

longer than 5 seconds.

 The roller shutter executes the 

command and the command is stored 

in the memory 

To store a lower time, press and hold the 

▼ button at the desired time for longer 

than 5 seconds.

 The roller shutter executes the com-

mand and the command is stored in the 

memory 

The timer may be reset by pressing and holding the 3 buttons for longer than 10 

seconds. 

The factory settings are then restored.

- Power supply voltage: 230V / 50 Hz (+/-10%)

- Output voltage: 230V AC max.

- Output contact: 3A 

- Relay switch time (raise or lower): 3 min.

- Programs are stored for 5 hours in the event of power loss.

- Dimensions: 80x80x42 mm

- Installation in a 60 mm diameter back box recommended

- Operating temperature: 0°C to +60°C (0T60)

- Degree of protection: IP20

- Insulation class: Class II  

3.4. Memory function:  Quickly storing a command with a long press

This works in both programme types: 

-> daily programme: the stored command applies to all days of the week.

-> weekly programme: the stored command applies to the current day.

3.3 Enabling/disabling 

Simulated presence function

(in automatic mode only) 

MANUAL MODE 

- The ▲ and ▼ buttons are used to send raise or lower commands to the motor.

 Pressing and holding the ▼or▲ buttons for more than 0.5 seconds will send the motor to the upper or   

 lower travel stop.

 The motor can be stopped at any time by pressing the ■ button.

 The automatic mode programmes are disabled.

AUTOMATIC MODE

T

he TIMER AC timer can be programmed with one raise and lower command per day. The commands 

can be programmed under a:

- DAILY PROGRAMME: The commands are triggered at the same time every day of the week

- WEEKLY PROGRAMME: The commands may be triggered at adifferent time each day.

- The SIMULATED PRESENCE function       , where enabled, randomly adjusts the programmed times 

by up to 30 minutes to simulate occupancy of the home.

MEMORY FUNCTION

This function enables user to change the programmed times (daily or weekly programme) with a simple 

long press.
