Your mobile device is not connected to
the correct WiFi network
In your mobile device settings, connect to
the same WiFi network as the plug and
then reenter app
Error when using the app
IF flashing green LED:
LiveIn is not connected to the network
Searching for a connection
to a local network
Check Wifi connection (strength,
settings,..)
IF steady green LED:
LiveIn is connected to the network
1) Check mobile device’s connection to the
Wifi network
2) If troubles accessing remotely,
Try unplug and replug the LiveIn to force
reconnection with the server.
