The information displayed for each message includes: either the name of the sender from the
Contacts list or, if the ID is not known to the Contact list, the sender ID; and the first two lines of the
messages in text string.
Pressing the ‘Select’ key will display further message options (see
Figure 32
). Press

key will return to the Message Inbox.

The message options are:
Reply
: This will open a text Message screen in order to reply to the selected message.
Delete
: This will delete the received message.
Back
: This will return to the message inbox.
The ‘Delete’ and ‘Back’ options are also available when a message in the Outbox is viewed.

In analogue Mode, the Mute Adjust menu allows the user to select the threshold at which the radio
makes weaker or distorted received audio signals available to the user.
In DMR mode, the mute adjust menu controls the RSSI threshold when used in Polite Mode voice
and data.
