Troubleshooting

Please check the points below before calling the technical service about the problems you might 
encounter with your device. 

Problems 

Device does not run.

Solutions 

Check  whether  the  plug  is  plugged  into  the  socket 
correctly.

Ensure the device is in 

balanced

 position. (Your device has 

balance safety.)

Ensure that the running switch and the thermostat of the 
device are in correct, open position.

Check whether there is a problem in the house's electrical 
installation.

Ensure you follow the using instructions.

If  the  problem  persists,  contact  the  nearest  simfer 
authorized service.
