DESCRIPTION
1
Calorifier
Made of 3 mm-thick cold-laminated steel with a double inner layer of enamel, fired at
860°C in accordance with the DIN 4753 specification.
2
Surrounding heat exchanger (Jacket)
cold rolled steel, 1.8mm thickness for the operation of the closed loop, which is com-
pulsory at low temperatures and also in areas with water with high mineral content. It is
specially designed so as to absorb the heat transfer medium pressure.
3
Thermal insulation
The eco-friendly and high-density expanded polyurethane guarantees minimal heat loss,
while maintaining the temperature of the hot water.
4
Outer shell
Made of naval aluminium / pre-coated galvanised steel alloy.
5
Cathode protection
by magnesium anodes for effective protection against corrosion and mineral deposits
caused by electrolytic reactions.
6
Large round flange rubber protected:
Innovative and elegant design for easy removal of scale, rapid replacement of the anode
and easy access to the electrical components.
7
Complete sealing
of EPDM, non toxic material, which does not permit water to contact the flange, thus
protecting it against electrolysis and corrosion, specially made to withstand the generally
accepted specifications with regard to the heat resistance.
8
Heating element
Classified according to the local regulations in force in the country of use (optional for
the use of electricity as an auxiliary energy source). Conforming to the EN 60335-1 and
EN60335-2-21 standards, all electrical components are CE marked.
9
Adjustable automatic thermostat
Double-pole protection with auxiliary safety device. All electrical parts are CE marked in
accordance with the EN 603335-1 and EN 60335-21 standards.
10
Protective cover
Designed for guaranteeing ventilation and for protecting electrical components against
atmospheric elements.
Gland: for sealing the passage of the heating element’s connection cable.
11
Cold water inlet
male threaded pipe end for water stratification and 10 bar safety valve for releasing pres-
sure:
- 1/2” up to 249 l
- 3/4” for 250 l and above
12
Hot water outlet

15
Fitting position for safety valve
- 1.5 bar for 250 lt and above
- 2.5 bar up to 200 lt
1/2” BSP male threaded fitting.
16
Heat exchanger
With 3/4ӣ BSP threaded female fittings, stainless steel sleeve and large heat exchange
surface for using the heat generated by the central heating systems during winter (option-
al).
