PROCEDURE
1. Wait until the end of defrost cycle then
disconnect power from the unit (
OFF
)
2.
CLOSE
water tap on the water supply line
NOTE
: be sure no other equipment in use of water
may suffer due to tap closure
3. Remove all ice from the bin. Either save it in a
sanitary container or discard it. If routine
sanitizing is due, the ice machine should be
switched off during evening closing procedures
to minimize waste during next morning sanitizing
procedures.
4. Remove the front panel
5. Remove the drain plug and drain out the water
6. Carefully push upper sides corner of the
evaporator plastic cover and withdraw the same
7. Gently push upper ice sensor arms and release
the same from its bracket
8. Cut water inlet hose plastic clamp
