Never fi ll the appliance with hard ingredients such as nuts, stalks, large
grains or seeds!

Never use the appliance to crush ice cubes unless there is liquid in the
blender jug!
Before fi rst use
1) Remove all of the parts from the box and
remove the packaging material and any
protective fi lm.
2) Clean all components as described in Chapter
"Cleaning and care". Ensure that all parts are
completely dry.
Preparing ingredients
■
Remove all peel, such as orange peel or kiwi
skin, from the fruit.
■
Remove large pips and stones, such as found in
peaches, from the fruits.
■
Cut the fruit into small pieces (approx. 1 - 2 cm).
■
Chop herbs or salads into small pieces.
NOTE
►
You can also crush ice cubes with this appli-
ance (max 50 g/approx. 2–4 ice cubes).
However, only add the whole ice cubes to
the blender jug

if other liquids are also
to be processed in it. Press the start button

in a pulsating manner when you process
whole ice cubes. Generally, however, we
recommend that you use already crushed ice
in this device.
Operating the appliance
1) Place the base

on a clean and level surface.
2) Fill the prepared ingredients in the blender jug

Always add liquid ingredients fi rst and then the
more solid ingredients such as the fruit and/or
crushed ice.
