The remote trigger

does not turn on.

The inserted battery is dead . Replace the battery (see chap-

function is disabled on the smartphone .
Enable the
Bluetooth

function on your smartphone . For
more information, refer to the operating instructions of your
phone .

The remote trigger

is too far away from the smartphone .
Make sure that the remote trigger

is no farther than
32 feet from the smartphone .

Your smartphone may use an unsupported operating system .
Check the operating system version on your smartphone
(for supported operating systems, refer to the chapter on
Technical specifications
) .
No picture is taken when the
button

is pressed.

Each manufacturer assigns the keys in their camera app
themselves . As a result, a variety of malfunctions can occur
when pressing the button

. For example, the camera
may zoom in instead of taking a picture . If this is the case,
check the operating system settings to see whether there
is an option to use the volume control (+) as an additional
trigger button .
The power LED

flashes red in one second intervals.
