The following table helps to identify and rectify further possible faults:
Fault
Possible cause
Remedy
The head-
phones cannot
be switched off.
The internal battery is
not charged.
Charge the battery (see

The audio cable

the playback device.
Sound is only
coming from
one side of the
headphones.
The stereo balance
control on the
playback device is
incorrectly adjusted.
Adjust the stereo
balance control to the
setting you desire.
