Recipe
Simple sponge cake
Ingredients
3 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of sunflower oil
1 cup of mineral water
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pack baking powder
4 eggs
1 pinch salt
1) Mix the flour, the sugar, the baking powder,
the vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt in a
container that is suitable for mixing .
2) Add the eggs, mineral water and oil, then
mix everything into a smooth dough .
3) Grease a cake tin and add the dough .
4) Pre-heat the oven to 200–225°C (convection)
and bake the cake for approx . 40–45 minutes .
